We have GREAT news to celebrate! Sternberger’s '24-'25 School Report Card grade is an “A”! Which makes two years in a row for this prestigious honor. Our students “MET EXPECTED GROWTH” on their EOG assessments with over 85% proficiency in reading, math, and science. Well done, World Changers! 

Owls on the Run 2025 has officially launched! We are actively seeking new corporate sponsors now through September 30, 2025! If you or someone you know owns a local business, please consider being a corporate sponsor. Find out more here. 

Owls on the Run is our annual fundraising campaign and student fun-run. This marks our 18th year and our fundraising goal for 2025 is $50,000. This vital fundraiser allows our PTA to fund educational enhancements and provide additional resources and programs that are not supported through local and state budgeting.

Clark Nexsen is a multi-location firm of planners, architects, engineers, and interior designers that is working on our new school. 

According to their website "At almost 87,000 square feet, the new Sternberger Elementary School will provide an anticipated 500 students with engaging learning spaces, community-centered areas, and places for play. Partnering with Guilford County School System, our K-12 practice team, working alongside KEi Architects, will deliver a facility that creates a fun and safe learning environment for students while keeping the local community’s values at the heart of the design."
