Owls on the Run is our annual fundraising campaign and student fun-run. This marks our 18th year and our fundraising goal for 2025 is $50,000. This vital fundraiser allows our PTA to fund educational enhancements and provide additional resources and programs that are not supported through local and state budgeting.

3 WAYS TO DONATE
Know someone with a local business? Pay and submit information online or mail a check with the completed Sponsorship Information form.
Register your student through our digital platform. Then share your students individual fundraising link with friends and family to collect donations.
Joining us on October 24th for our fun-run? Buy raffle tickets on-site for $5 each. Prizes range from individual and family experiences to dining gift cards.

Every student’s participation is key to the success of our Owls on the Run fundraising campaign! This year we are using MyBoosters digital fundraising platform to help us engage students, simplify the donation process and make it easier for you to share our campaign and your progress with your family and friends.

We completely understand if your family is not able to financially support the school right now. You can still be involved by simply SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and family online at MyBooster.com. Sharing IS supporting!
corporate sponsorship
We are actively seeking new corporate sponsors now through September 30, 2025! If you or someone you know owns a local business, please consider being a corporate sponsor. You can pay and submit your information online or mail a check with your completed Sponsorship Information form.
the fun run
To mark the end of our campaign, we host a fun-run at the school. We always invite our Sternberger families to join us. This event is generally held on the third Friday in October and is a fun way to celebrate our students and to see your child in action during the school day.

1. buy an event t-shirt
The Sternberger PTA provides all students and staff with a FREE event t-shirt for our annual Owls on the Run fun-run. Additional event t-shirts can be purchased through our store.
Orders for additional shirts for our 18th Annual Owls on the Run event must be placed by September 30, 2025.
2. volunteer
We can't make this event happen without you. We also need volunteers to help our kids have the best experience possible, including monitoring the race course, setting up, distributing snacks, and cleaning up afterwards!
3. spread the word
Please share the link to our Owls on the Run webpage and your student's individual donation page via email, Facebook, Instagram or other social media to help us gain greater exposure and raise money for our school! Sharing IS supporting!
