Join us for an evening of games, prizes, food trucks & family fun! We are still in the planning phase but you can expect this year's carnival to be full of fun and excitement our children will not forget.

Stay tuned for more information about specific food vendors, music, games and much more. We will update the website and send information in our PTA Sunday night emails as we get closer to the event.

This is a family event. We encourage you to bring all your relatives and caregivers. Participating children will need a wristband to play games and win prizes.

Pre-order wristbands are $8/ child. You can pre-order wristbands through our store or by clicking the "Pre-Order Wristbands" button below. Pre-order sales will be available through 10/30/2024.

Wristbands will be $10/ child at the door on the day of the event.

Adults and children age 3 and under do not need to purchase a wristband.

We recommend ordering your kids' wristbands ahead of time so they can get to the fun faster. Pre-ordering also helps us get a gauge for attendance so we can plan food and prizes accordingly.

If you need assistance with admission, please reach out to the front office or email us. 

Due to limited space, we are suggesting staggered arrival times by grade level:

• K-2nd, 5:30-6:45pm

• 3rd-5th, 6:45-8pm

We understand there are families with children in both of these groups. In those situations, please pick one of windows above. 

Please remember all children attending must have adult supervision at all times. No drop offs!

We rely on 200 volunteers for this event to be successful!

Sign up for a time that works for you. Maybe convince a friend or five to join you. If you have a relative in town or neighbor looking for something do to, talk them into signing up for a volunteer slot. Remember, all volunteers must be a registered volunteer with GCS, which they can do here.

Additionally, this is a great opportunity for older middle school and high school children to get volunteer/ service hours. If you know any of those, that are willing to help, please ask them to sign up!
