National PTA's STEM + Families® program delivers access and hands-on exposure to science, technology, engineering and math to engage families and inspire students to pursue career opportunities in STEM fields.

National PTA’s vision is that all students have the family and community support needed to access and pursue STEM opportunities and careers.

They aim to foster passion for science, technology, engineering, and math through fun activities and by involving families in these experiences together. Their STEM initiative engages students, families, and communities in opportunities to explore... inspire... empower... and educate... STEM possibilities.

A Note About National PTA Programs:

The Sternberger PTA is a member of the National PTA, and as so, part of your Sternberger PTA membership dues go to fund research and development for National PTA's programs. These iniatives provide access to engaging, educational and fun programming that inspire, recognize and impact all students and their families.

The Sternberger PTA believes we should encourage our students and families to take full advantage of the opportunities provided by National PTA's programs that interest them. It is our goal to make program information easily accessible and understandable for everyone.
